The judge plans to give umpteen hours notice before it's read so there won't be any excuse for them not to have at least one camera on live streaming. :scared:

Help me get this straight. The jurors indicated they had a question some time ago. Yet, the judge was having a courtroom hearing about victim impact statements from kids which erupted in drama. So, the jury is just hanging around the jury room waiting to ask their question? Is this correct?

The question was answered, though we don't know anything more than it had to do with MD when she was in custody, according to the tweets.

For instance, why was the hearing held to for the impact statements? Did the state have an objection to the letters and in turn judge called a hearing? Was the mother of the def's attny present, if so did that attny speak? What were the victim statements about, were they read aloud. if so, paraphrase them.

Did the jury request the video? How do they know the jury is watching the full video? Is that just a guess?

Following a trial via tweets is like playing a really long game of telephone and everyone is speaking a random language.

Couldn't agree more with your entire post Rhozwen, with no "journalists" tweeting I wonder if we can even expect an article tomorrow with all of the details we haven't been given throughout the day? Surely *someone* has to be covering it from MSM?

That was definitely the only action today. It's most likely a good thing for MD that the judge had just left when her outburst occured !
