Here's what I'm a-thinkin'. Jury took a long time convicting MD of M1. There appeared to be three holdouts right up until the end. I believe there may have been some "forward-looking" negotiations to turn over the three holdouts...Based on that.... Just my opinion....they will give her LWOP.
Then throw in the fact that I am usually wrong.

Do we know whether or not the Judge is allowing the victim statement letters in from their children?

That happens in round 3, penalty phase. Don't know what the decision was about that, although the authenticity of the children's letters were suspect.
