ITA with you Chelly. Three weeks on life support is more than enough evidence of cruelty, IMO.

The injuries that led up to his hospice stay should erase any doubt. I cringe at the thought of the defense trying to make excuses for this (I can hear it now).

Fingers crossed for the Maximum Punishment. Although I hope they are able to come to a decision quickly, I'm willing to wait *if* it means they don't give her anything less than that. JMO
