The Wheels of Justice may turn slow in Arizona, but in the case of MD, they got it right.

ETA: Point well taken (half right on not being able to agree on financial gain - as it was clear to me and I'm sure to others here. However, if it only required one aggravating factor to proceed to the penalty phase, then I am going with the glass half full approach on this one. It's really difficult to read the tea leaves on a case that's not televised. The victim and his family deserve for his murderer to receive the max. :moo: )
