This is the kind of question they have on the death qualification questionnaire:

'Ask the following to those jurors who are not against the death penalty: Question 3: "To those of you who are not against the death penalty, are there any of you who are in favor of the death penalty in every case where a murder has been committed?" Obtain a response from each appropriate juror'

I'm watching that, this and the Dominick trial (which is an easy one to keep up with, no stream, apparently no tweeters in court, just very occasional updates so far).

Pleeease let the jury come to some kind of an agreement today, they have to be more wrecked over this lengthy spin out then we are.

Referenced trial is somewhat local for you, right?

Hoping our MD jury isn't having "issues".

It's in PA, I'm closer to you, in Texas. Windy today but barey 70, what a fab spring it's been.

I hope they aren't having issues too, can't figure what the difficulty could be except maybe one or two jurors holding fast from what the others are in agreement to.

I know I'm in the minority but I vote for more polar vortexes, can't remember ever having a spring as nice as this has been, and after the past few years of barely no winter, little rain and endless heat, what a treat.

You would not say that if you were in Michigan and literally up to your :butthead: in snow :tantrum: (actually, it was higher at some points )
This was the worst winter I can recall in my lifetime.
