Check, check. Check, Check.
Aaahhhh. See we are still waiting.
Must be a female juror needing to measure something. Ya'll know we don't know what 20 feet of 50 yards means. Forget asking me anything larger than an inch, and KNOW that my inch is not even close to accurate. Ha!
Hopefully it's just that last little bit of convincing someone needs. Like they were getting there but needed one more thing. I have no idea if it has anything to do with the taser though. What else could they be measuring for?
Another thing is, it could be they are measuring out how wide the door is (to see how many ppl fit in the doorway), also could be kind of building their own outline of the room like they did in the courtroom, so they can kind of re-create what happened in there....
do any of you have twitter? i needed some new people to follow.
It says in the tweet that they requested "tape measure and tape," so I think what they're doing is re-creating outline of room and doorway and maybe items in room like couch, etc.....
It would make sense b/c they are probably "acting" out both versions of the story (Chrisman and Vergillo) using props and stuff....
Okay, anyone know the size of the tape measure? Seriously thinking they are measuring out like defense did, so they can point out to each other what they thought it shows. Also, the Court doesn't exactly stock up tape measures, yard sticks, sewing tape, lol. So, it has to be the one used in Court and was handy. Yep, I bet they are in there reenacting.
{Too bad I didn't grow up in AZ and learn to shoot, at least I would know what x feet or x yards mean! It is debilitating in conversation when you have no clue what others are talking about, and cannot imagine it.}
Isn't re-enacting the crime prohibited?

I thought there was an issue with that in the Scott Peterson case, sitting in the boat, something like that?Why would it be?
