Weird, I thought this hearing was to show aggravation caused to his family but as the judge read the instructions, he made it sound like they could rule on no aggravation...after they found him guilty of aggravated assault. Terribly confused here, but not all that surprised.

My stream is gone so just sitting here wondering what's going on.

Omg. I think Mehrens is reprehensible. He doesn't have his exhibits in order. He gets up to talk to his co counsel as Elvira is about to testify. He then asks to approach. He is so disrespectful. JMO
