Forgive me because I've had a terrible time trying to follow this case so I could be way off here. Did the defense just try to say that Elvira didn't suffer from this because she said on the 911 tape she wanted Danny to leave and not come back? Are they implying that she wanted him dead?

I'm confused, as usual.

His behavior is totally uncalled for. I don't think I've seen a Judge make so many facial expressions to show his disgust, disdain, disbelief, etc., in a court in front of a jury.
