Well it's kind of interesting that the home office for I-Act is in San Antonio Texas.

OOOOH.
If you run TPS ms user name through pipl.com, there are lots and lots of interesting things...and clowns.

ETA: She's on the Experience Project, there she uses the same username as on MS. I joined to view her profile, and it appears that she is looking for a surrogate in CA, specifically military wife to carry their child. At the time that was written, their little girl was three. Does anyone recall how old their daughter is now?

I haven't seen this before.

McQueary said Monday that he and Johnson lived together for two years but broke up early last month. She asked him to leave their Tempe home and then called him at work the next day, Dec. 9, telling him to sign over his parental rights to a couple who wanted to adopt the baby.

snip The couple hoping to adopt are not speaking to police, and investigators have searched their home to be sure the child wasn't with them, said Sgt. Steve Carbajal, a Tempe police

snip It's unclear whether the couple had a role in the boy's disappearance or whether charges could be levied in the future, he said.

snip McQueary's father said his son "did his best to make a family with her and with Gabriel. She had some emotional problems. One day she would be happy and easygoing and good, and the next day not good, breaking things and yelling."

snip Police have witness reports that Gabriel was alive and with his mother in San Antonio on Dec. 26 at one or both of two hotels

snip There's also a possibility she may have spent time in Nashville.

First time I've seen some of this.

I believe she is four. She was really on a mission for a child wasn't she? Oh and surrogacy doesn't come cheap.

this place is linked on her FB so I just wanted to get a little more info - don't see any familiar names there so far but wonder if she was planning on 'fostering' through them

2007

Crisis Nursery contracted with Child Protective Services (CPS) and entered into a new arena of foster care; through recruiting and supervising Foster (Resource) Families, providing a Receiving Center for children who await placement by CPS and providing visitation services for families involved with CPS. Crisis Nursery serves over 120 children daily!

Thanks for that, haven't seen a lot of it either. Ironically, TPS lived in Nashville until 2007. She opened her first "clinic" there in 2004.

I thought the Smiths were co-operating with police?

So... they're giving interviews to the news but not talking to police?

OK here's a couple of the things boggling my mind right now.

1. One grain of truth seems to be coming out from all sides in this case. That grain of truth is that Elizabeth did NOT want to be a mother. TFPS and Logan have both made statements agreeable to this. That being said, I have a hard time believing that if EJ does NOT want to be a mother, that she would let herself sit in jail and rot, not telling where Gabe is, simply to protect him and let him live a hopefully happy life somewhere. If she didn't want to be a mother, she most likely didn't want the responsibility that goes with it, so why would she want to spend her life in prison for this child that she didn't even want? Whether she loves him or not doesn't even matter. She didn't want to be responsible for him. This thought process leaves me feeling quite grave about the possibility of Gabe being alive. Though I sincerely hope I am wrong. And truly, this case is freaking crazy, and I'm still fence sitting. I don't know what to believe. But this thought process seems to make the most sense to me without adding in the many rumors involved. IMO, of course.

2. The statement that EJ texted the Smith's after she texted Logan and told him she'd killed Gabe, well, it's really bugging me. I'm not sure exactly what is bothering me about it. Besides the fact that the mere thought of a mother killing her child, or texting the father to tell him she did, is just completely horrifying to me. I find it odd that the Smith's suddenly seem to want to help LE and get info from EJ as to Gabe's whereabouts, yet they are still slandering Logan, still defending EJ. I just don't know, I'm finding so many things odd about this statement. Anyone else getting a weird feeling about it? Is it just the way the story is written?

I am praying for Baby Gabe until we know where he is, one way or the other. God keep him safe and happy.

If you run her ms user name through the username search function and go down to the bottom of the pipl screen, I think it's last or next to the last, the Experience project, it's not under social networking.
last I heard I we could link everything for direct players, including Myspace or Facebook, but since everyone is convinced that we can't, I'm not posting this one directly as it can be counted s social networking.

This TPS is something. She talks alot on her FB about having little Gabriel! She also has quite a few pics of him on there of him and her daughter sitting on santas lap. Her talking about him dates back to the first of december.

Hoppyfrog posted something on Somer's thread, no minors, no one not named directly...but it was allowed for awhile. I don't know if the rules changed again, and I can't go grab the post, since I think Somer's thread is still under review. I just stopped trying to keep track after awhile.

ETA: For the myspace rules thing....I lost the quote when I hit submit...happens a lot.

If Elizabeth did text Tammi to tell her this, I can't understand how. Did she tell them she had already texted Logan? Did she tell them in that text that Gabe was with the group in TX, or where she was going?
There is a lot that isn't making sense...maybe Tammi isn't as uncooperative as we think.
Face it, this woman has every reason in the world to sell out Elizabeth, now that she knows she isn't getting Gabe. And LE has every reason to use her, as she is possibly the only link to baby Gabe. Elizabeth wants to talk to her. Do you think that she would still want to if it were splashed on the headlines that Tammi was fully cooperating, answering every question? LE needs her, and they need her quietly.
Just food for thought...someone had to call in the hostel tip, someone had to know she was there. I don't know who that someone is, but if these people really love Gabe, that person was Tammi.

Referring back to that neglect case, if it's been open for 6 months, then they must consider it a founded complaint. So where has DCFS been through all this?

DCFS has GOT to do a better job protecting these babies!!!

:furious: :cow:

I'm also finding it odd that (per the article you recently posted BeanE) Logan only moved out of their home on Dec. 8th, was asked to sign over custody on Dec. 9th, and refused and filed for joint custody. Yet the court date was on Dec. 28th. That seems REALLY fast, IMO. Or was this just an initial hearing of sorts? Anyone I know who has gone through custody disputes, it has been a very long drawn out process, especially when both parents are fighting for different things, etc. I guess my question/thought here is: Were there mitigating factors that caused the court process to be pushed up to get Gabe out of EJ's custody??? Would love some insight on this if anyone has experience or legal knowledge, particularly for Maricopa County.
