=momtective;4642718 This might be a stretch but there is an attorney located 10 minutes from the hotels EJ stayed in...the attorney's office is located right across from the Airport and her name just happens to be Cheryl.

Cheryl L Wilson adoption San Antonio - Google Search
Forgot to mention she practices family law![/QUOTE]
Well, I'm not sure if it would have been considered an illegal adoption. If it was before Logan was awarded full custody then I don't think it would have been illegal.
we recently adopted a child (10 months ago). although the father's name was listed as "unknown" on her birth certificate, the judge still made us complete a "reasonable search" for the father. after a couple of dna tests, he was found. we were still REQUIRED to get him to sign off his parental rights. i don't know what was on gabriel's birth certificate, but i don't think any adoption would have been legal without logan's consent.
as a matter of fact WE had LEGAL CUSTODY of our baby and still could not adopt without consent of BOTH parents. (if they had not consented we would have had to go to trial.)
