I don't think they will be arrested until all the pieces are in place for LE. They likely aren't 100% certain of what happened, and since Elizabeth will only really talk to Tammi (and rolling newscrews) then they need to keep that line of communication open. In all actuality, Tammi is little more than a tool, they'll use her until they don't need her and then lock her away.

I sincerely believe Gabriel is alive. I believe soon he will be with his dad, Logan. I also believe the Smiths will get what is coming to them and they will not be able to EVER put another family through H*LL for their own selfish, disgusting needs.
With that, I must go to sleep and I will pray that Gabriel will safely be with Logan(if not already) and justice will be served against the smith's and EJ.

Is there anyone here from the San Antonio area? How well is the news coverage on this case? I am just wondering if people know to look out for any unusual changes in a family. I am assuming these people would not be shouting out from the roof tops that they have a new baby but can they keep him totally hidden and never take him out? I hope the media is all over this, especially in San Antonio. It bugs me that no one has come forward with any reputable sightings.

Hi - I live in SA. There has been some news coverage on the local news and paper. Not everyday but it's there.

I don't think the baby (if he's alive) is in SA. If this mystery couple had really wanted that child, they would've driven anywhere to get him. I don't see EJ as spending hundreds of dollars of her own money to drive to SA and stay for a week just to give her son to somebody she barely knew. I think the point of being in SA was that it was a neutral location and any local media attention would be drawn here and not the hometown of this mystery couple.

There are still some huge missing links here. I think that TPS really wanted that child and it has been almost proven that she was willing to lie, cheat and steal to get Gabe. So what part, if any, did she play in all of this San Antonio thing? And what was in it for EJ? Even though she wanted little to do with that baby, she realized that he was a valuable commodity. She wouldn't just give him away. What was she promised? Is that why she still won't tell the truth - because she's waiting for her big fat payoff when this whole thing blows over? Too bad Miss 4.0 doesn't realize it's NOT gonna blow over.

I too believe that Gabe is safe, and yes LE could already have him and be keeping it quiet. IDK I sure hope that is the case. As transparent as the Smith's have been, I don't think all the i's have been dotted and t's crossed in this investigation. But they have been slowly hanging themselves. The SAs office will want a really solid case before they close this investigation. I have wondered (as I bet LE has) if this is a business for them or if they are just sickly attached to this baby. I want to know the answer to this question. I don't think EJ knows where he is now. I don't think she knew but just so much of the plan. Once she handed him off she just went on to the next stop to wait. From some of the things blabber mouth said tonite on NG, I am more convinced they (maning the Smiths) did still intend to have Gabe for themselves. Surely they are not so sick as to think this is still a possibility.

You can get a Texas I.D. at the flea markets. Ones that look very real. so real, you can get a job with them. I guess I have to say MOO, because I have this from very close friends, and no link. they probably advertise them as "novelty" of course. in case of a raid, which is common. I'm not from there, but soooo many links (and talking heads Yami and Michael) are from WOAI, KENS and KABB from San Antonio. IMO.

While I'm here. There have been posts about passports required to Mexico. NOT TRUE. I live in New Mexico and cross all the time and sometimes I veer over to El Paso, Tx to cross. NOTHING is required going by car, but coming back ... YES. I drive and nothing is required to cross.

When my husband was watching NG (whom he despises) about Gabriel's story, he said one word: Mexico. Now, I thought that might be a stretch, but maybe not. Then it got me thinking about overseas. I think I was thinking more along the lines of (was it momtective?) that he may never be found.

I agree. And what the heck was she saying, Tammi says "I am normal" (well I don't agree with that), and EJ does not think she/herself is normal. Where was Tammi going with this info? I want to see this interview.

And now Tammi is talking about how EJ doesn't remember their conversations and may have multiple personalities. Is this going to come out later when EJ implicates the Smiths that Tammi says "SEEEE I told you all she is psycho!"

What makes no sense to me is the fact that TS has been throwing EJ under the bus on Nancy Grace here lately, but still feels like she is the only one besides EJ's lawyer that EJ will talk to. Is this all part of a bigger plan..because I would think that EJ would not keep telling her things because of all of her trash talking.

They must have had a plan in place ahead of time if she got arrested and what EJ would do and what TS would say and do in the media. Also...there is a reason that LE is making certain inforamtion public such as the Craig Cherry to see if TS will divulge more info. Usually LE doesn't reveal their hand like this. I think that something big is about to happen!!

If he's alive, and if she wanted to make sure Logan would never see him again, taking him to another country like Mexico (at least to start with) would be the only possible way I could see this being such a "sure thing". MOO
