Going back to the neighbour and I realize some believe she is either making up a story or she was wrong in her timeline or what she heard that morning.

However, if we take her story as true, then perhaps the 6:30 am voices and the dogs barking like crazy could have been a result of something going on in that house. Was there arguing?

I just think she is the only one on that street to publically say anything.

Didnt they have a video of ppl walking down the street around that time talking and joking around from some bar or club down the road?

Also i think they used this cps thing to just seperate this family in hopes that they start talking i do believe they are holding alot back!

Going to throw my theory/opinion in here. Forgive me for my grammer and if all this is already been said. Everyone keeps talking about SC being up all night. Maybe he was and it was because someone said were coming to your house. Whoever this was waited until RC left for work. This could be the voices heard by neighbor. SC couldve been pleading ill do what you want dont take my daughter. Whoever it was he knows them and doesnt feel she will be harmed as long as he does as told. This theory would explain his lack of emotion 911 call. The other thing is everyone being hung up on them taking the girl and not the boys. I say because there are 2 boys. He only has 1 daughter. So this moo based on all info ive tried to keep up with.

I agree and I think that's why they continue to focus in the immediate area.

For the locals and you don't need to answer if you don't wish to but it's something that has been on my mind.

Where could a body be buried within that 3 mile radius? Is there a cemetary? Or some religious burial ground?

I hate having to think this way but if they are religious as they proclaim to be, perhaps she is buried somewhere "close to God"?

It would explain some of SC's calm reaction on the 911 calls. In his mind, he thinks Isabel is at peace with God. I wonder SC has any mental issues?

ok, have to ask - has the neighbor that "heard the male voices" been backed up by anyone else? Have there been any other neighbors that heard the barking dogs?

From the google shot - looks like there are 4 houses pretty close together. I can hear dogs barking WAAAYYYYY down the street from me and pretty much pick out which house it's coming from during the night when it's quiet. Do we have any other neighbor corroboration on the male voices or dogs barking other than the neighbor who seems to know all about the Celis'?

It concerns me that the majority of theories here are based on statements from 1 neighbor who seems to be really interested in getting her 15 min of fame. Correct me/forgive me if I'm wrong and there is corroboration, on screen or off from someone else to support all these. It'd make me feel better about things.

What if there were no male voices, no barking dogs, no speculation of cartels? Where would we start our theories?? Could be we're not getting anywhere because we've veered way off course by going the way some lady pointed down the road instead of reading the signs...

I don't mean to argue, just that speculation and rumors are being taken as a fact.
I am fine with speculation, conspiracy theories, etc. I just want it to be labeled as such so when someone pops in and reads just the last page they don't take speculation as fact.

AZlawyer...I don't question you know the law in your state but we don't know if it is an order, an agreement...etc.....

this is not recent its been ongowing.

Im saying maybe school or neighbors might have reported them cause the kids were unkept or looked dirty. So Cps comes and sees and maybe tells the they have to take better care......

I do not think its anything very serious in nature otherwise the children would have been taken from them before.

This is why i think he made mention of the showers and mom her hair!

Its just an opinion! i cant think of anything else.
all her pics she looks ok but i saw a video of the dog and boy oh boy that was some sorry lookin animal...

I think the reference to taking the girl and not the boys was in reference to a possible cartel connection(??) IMO, two boys aged 10 and 14 would serve more of a purpose in the drug/gun cartel smuggling than a 6 year old little girl.

I know next to nothing about these operations except from what I read in articles.

Because, jmo There is evidence to lead them to a suspect, but not enough to charge the person/s who caused Isa to be missing. They wish to do so in the future, therefore, they have to investigate every lead/theory/tip as to not appear to have tunnel vision if they decide to charge a circumstantial case where they may have incentive to try. I think the public is getting frustrated with these questionable Missing Children circumstances...and LE must know that. IMO and :moo:

I assume you mean that he is their suspect, and they are working on getting enough evidence to charge him. So that would mean they think he is also a threat to the boys? I think if that was the case, CPS would have taken it to a judge and made it official.
I guess they could just be stringing him along, making him believe he is in the clear and giving him enough rope, yada, yada... but somehow I was under the impression that TPD is doing it by the book, and not playing games. Maybe I was wrong.

I think this family has been very tight lipped since day one.
there seems to be things LE wants to know.
I believe they got him to voluntarily agree with no contact order by not pressing charges.....better for all involved.

LE might be able to get the info needed by seperating this couple

His name is Steve Raw. He's a techie sort who apparently wanted to use social media to spread the word. I've spoken w/him on a couple of occasions.

what I mean is te way they are making it sound is that police confirmed some stranger off the street came in the house and kidnapped her, when that is not what LE said at all, they said she didnt leave on her own/wonder off. It could very likely be a murder cover up and not an abduction at all. I hope that is not the case I am just pointing out how the media is not being clear and sounds like false information.

This really bothers me ( in this case and others), if the family is not some how connected to her disappearance, why aren't they screaming at the top of their lungs?
" There is a PERP out there roaming the streets stealing kids!!!!!! " and " your children are in Danger !!!" and FindMYchildFindMyChildFindMyChild!!!!!"

If something happened to one of my kids( god forbid )(3 kids 3 steps) I would have been arrested and charged for disturbing the peace all over the place! ie.."FindMyChild" !

And probably the entire neighborhood would have already contacted 911 (well before me ever calling) to report that " HELP! there is a crazy woman screaming at the top of her lungs and frothing at the mouth on my street"

It sounds like there have been more than one CPS contacts from reading that article. So it's not just that one incident back in December and this latest one.

Well i would think that serious and charges would have been made against him. and the children taken till it was proven he didnt.
