We have many scanner peeps now so if the 3am is true it would be found via a rewind. Where's this info coming from?

I wish Tucson had their police log online, I'm interested in what type of calls LE responded to there.

Yeah me too but I think if it was anything big reporters would be all over it. Can't be anything that presented them with a day in court.

Zuckerschnecke, that's where I am now. Your old neighbors sounded terrible to live near.

I wonder if the male voices that the neighbor heard at 6:30 am was actually SC outside staging Isa's window, taking off the screen before BC left just incase she went in to check on Isa? Maybe he was on the phone with someone possibly that was also involved and she assumed it was men talking because her dogs were barking and she couldn't hear well?

I can't help but say - Darn that 6:30 neighbor for not looking out the window.

Just while we are on the topic of meth labs - often nowadays the kitchen isn't even used. They have (I think it is a quicker) method using a coke bottle. I was REALLY disappointed when I saw one - looked like an empty bottle in a paddock and the people had been making a small fortune.

I have a mental picture of SC making everything look like a crime scene before the wife notices that Isa is gone. She doesn't check anyway but he wants her to believe in his innocence too so better safe than sorry. And remember he was "sleeping on the couch where he fell asleep watching the game". IMO. While SC's dogs may not have been barking, this would be the reason.

LE searching within a 3-mile radius and kind of sticking to that makes me doubt the Mexico thing...sending flyers to Mexico and asking LE to be aware is not the same thing as focusing the case there. JMO

I'm not certain, and I've not followed other cases, but I take the "3-mile radius search" to be purely the initial canvassing and investigating RSOs and others of possible interest within the immediate neighborhood. There have been numerous searches which I believe exceed the 3-mile radius which were done after the initial neighborhood search. The search near Davis Monthan AFB the other day was over 3 miles from the home (as Google flies). Sending flyers to Mexico is a whole 'nother matter. From sources I have in Agua Prieta (the Mexican side of Douglas), there have been few flyers spotted. Sadly parts of Mexico have their own pressing "issues" such as corruption and substantial violence. Does anyone know if the reward is limited to US citizens?

Right nowadays the kitchen isn't used, last month in OK one exploded in a mans pants during a scuffle with police.

IDK, I looked at those citation codes again and still don't see any Meth connection.

I know, it's just that it is late and when I hear an idea I picture it ... and I kinda had to read it a couple of times (especially the part about cooking meth and taking advantage) and I lost it. lol I am sorry and welcome to Websleuths :)

Be careful on repeating things from other sites though - some are banned :)[/QUO
Thanks :-) Okay so maybe i should ask you. I dont want to get in trouble. WhAt are the rules? I have been having a terrible time doing much from my phone and its hard to find what i am looking for on this small phone too.I dont want to get banned from here. Lol

IIRC the 3 mile search was that distance because they assumed she wouldn't have been able to go more than three miles.

Yeah, no kidding. Everything from camp stoves in a corner of vacant property to 2 liter bottles and Gatorade jugs. Most insidious drug ever in my mind. And Tucson *does* have a significant meth problem in certain areas/populations.

I don't know if it was me but I questioned what I heard "mirrored investigation in Mexico". I caught the tail end of it due to a phone call. The video is out, transcript too, I think anyone could find it.

I'm listening to our local tv news for the pressers. I would just file it if not found to be true. My apologies if so. I was asking a question btw.

I haven't been able to find a video or audio of this press conference, other than the 45 seconds on KVOA. If anybody has a link, I'd appreciate it!

Thanks Shelby2!!

Certainly is. Just asking if this other source you mentioned was listening live to the TPD scanner feed.
Thanks.
I dont want to post the link again. I might get banned from here. Lol here... Yes the one saved them to her computer and put them on her own website.

Can a scanner rewind be done that far back?

I don't think (personally) that meth plays into this. I think maybe the odd terminology that AZ uses for its Driving Under the Influence code, which includes "vapors", is being misconstrued.

As always, I could be dead-wrong on both counts.
