azmary, I assume your friend is no longer in the local area? Surely she would have seen this on the news and recognized him? For that matter, this is fairly national (Today show, etc). Not being critical, just curious.

I am holding back a rumor. If you can't figure out what I said I am sorry.

Perhaps it is better to show your friend the picture first, so we all aren't sitting here trying to speculate the issue that may or may not have occured.

I read earlier in the thread he had a recent court date and appeared. IIRC

JM had a recent appearance? If so, I've missed that. Sorry! Any pointer on where this info was?

The Los Zetas are not Colombian. They are Sinoloa-based (state in Mexico). As is/was the Gulf cartel and numerous others. These are the cartels who benefited from the fiasco called Fast and Furious.

The "columbian drug cartel" is in the movies, the others mentioned by pieper are in the news.

I agree it is best to drop this discussion here.

I have zero sleuthing abilities,,,but, I can recall, observe and question. Sorry in advance...the answer is here somewhere. :waitasec:

LOL ETA: I guess my recall is questionable!

It's all in public court documents

ETA I read the docs wrong, but he has pending court obligations so I would guess he has not left town, which I believe was the reason for asking the question in
the first place? IDK you asked to be pointed to court information and it's late lol

Sad tonight....keep thinking about Haleigh Cummings. There was karma but no real justice.

I worry that Little Isa will become another cold case.

It's possible she may have contacted the police. IMO.

Yes, I saw that movie! Just kidding. Actually, I was expecting a response like that after I read over my post. What I should have said was most people are only fa:blushing::blushing:miliar with the columbian cartel, but more recently many other cartels have been extremely active and dangerous.

He showed up yesterday and had his alcohol screening
for the DUI and paid his fine.

JM did NOT go into court on 5-18 for anything... those entries start with TIC which means 'tickler sent' meaning he was sent a notice or a calling system notified him that he was due for his payment and his drug testing. He was charged with poss marijuana, Alcohol .20 and a .08 (meaning he had a .08 before and was on a stet and since he reached strike 2 with the .20 the state is tacking on his original .08 from prior ) Also he was charged with a Drug DUI for a ARS 13-3401 substance. Since he had a charge listed for Marijuana poss/use already on the citation the 13-3401 charge is not marijuana its another substance listed in the ARS because you cant be charged for the same substance twice most likely it's meth. He made a settlement plea of guilty in exchange for only being charged with the 2 strike DUI penalties and probation requiring random drug testing.

This 5/18 appearance would have been a lawyer appearance?

NO... TIC means Tickler Sent as in he got a call from the automated system or was mailed a notice that those items were to be done. Also AZ uses a day / color system for randoms your day maybe friday and your color is purple.. so every friday your to call a computer and it say's todays colors are, green, silver and purple. So since purple was mentioned your due to goto you blood or UA and pay your fees But the TIC just means that the court made the request for this person to be pulled for thier stuff it does not mean they went to court for anything.

Well, my guess is that JM has not left town with funds and testing due, but I could be wrong...
The reason for these questions about his location are due to the fact that he was only on the news one day since Isa went missing?

:waitasec:

IDK
I still don't see any type of evidence that points his direction

IDK, I always thought if a person had a court date they show up or an Attorney does so. I had no idea the system is automated. Learn something new everyday here.
