Anita you know it is a damn if you do damn if you don't situation . Good example the Sierra Lamar case. Seems every time her parents more Marlene than Steve open their mouth the get ripped to shreds.

Tori Stafford, too. And even Brianne Rodriguez' parents got criticized a bit too, I remember. Sometimes it becomes more of a circus and less about the missing child, when parents speak.

Ugh! I missed part of the press conference but did hear something about a search warrant, could someone who heard the whole thing please help.

Oh my goodness, Jane is asking the Chief if they looked in the closets. :banghead:

Glad you're watching also. Chief of police would not confirm if the dogs hit inside or near the home, correct?

Good grief.

If this were the Colorado City, TX PD, I'd say, great tip, Jane! But the Tucson PD seems to know how to properly conduct an investigation.

I heard they had a search warrant the first day they were notified of Isabel's disappearance as well as additional search warrants to go back into the house.

Thank you! I am still learning through WS the legalities of searching for missing persons!

The rooms/items/etc. on the Search Warrant must be stated quite specifically, I gather!
You're welcome...

BBM. Me too...

I got a partial answer to a few of my SW questions...watched the KVOA 4:00 update. They *did* have a SW for the house early on...standard procedure. (Still not clear if it was still in effect for last nite's search.) And today they are in the process of getting another one to re-enter Isa's home. Very few details were given, of course.

What concerns me is a possible gap in between the 1st search and recently securing the home to process as a crime scene. What he said did not indicate that there was no gap. Wish a reporter would have asked about it...

Correct, he would not correct inside the house.

I am recording the show and will upload it to my YouTube channel.

Started within a 3 mile radius. No comment whether or not the neighbours heard anything. They're looking within inner circle and then look at others.

(paraphrasing)

JVM: A stranger wouldn't know how to remove the screen? Huh? Is that what she said?

A 2nd search warrant could be for specific items?
Did anyone else live in the home besides the parents and three kids? Sometimes they need an additional warrant if another adult lives there, JMO.

Oh come on...JVM on to pageant moms...

You're all right; it IS a "damned if you do/damned if you don't" situation. I still want to hear from them, though!:P

It was mentioned at the 4:00 PM presser, that they have a search warrant to go back in the house again.

NG on now talking about this case.

  • #179
Nothing like NG's opening first sentence "parents kicked out of house". :banghead:
