Do you find it odd that a reporter hasn't picked up on this? In Jhessye Shockley's case an ABC reporter picked up on Jerice Hunter's criminal record within a day or two.

My mind is racing.

What if what that other person said is true, that she saw footage of someone being led from the house in cuffs. Why hasn't ANYONE asked who that was and why were they being arrested? And if it WAS him being led from the house in cuffs, it was AFTER Isa went missing, not before. (The charges we're looking at are on the 19th, right?)

I am not impressed with the mothers record,either. It proves "questionable" judgement but does not infer her as someone who would hurt her child. It does bring into questions those around her.

Someone posted that an individual was removed from this address in handcuffs last week. Does anyone know where to read more on this? It doesn't sound like dad was taken away in handcuffs for the above offenses, so who was it?

I don't see what the big deal is...are these old charges? Someone said something about 20 years ago, could this be what they were referring to?

(For the record, I did a lot of things 20 years ago that i would never do today.)

Patty G states those charges are related to the dogs. I doubt they would lead Sergio out of the house in cuffs over those kinds of charges. So the person who is stating this must be fibbing?

Thank you. In my inexperienced reading of the page, it looked like he had been arrested, not just cited.

Just speculation, but what if the dogs were given away after the event on Friday the 13th. They wouldn't have been there to bark an alarm on the 20th.

Why is the dog running free when they have this wall fence arround? Was it let out on purpose? This might already be answered somewhere but it is 115 am and I am tired.

Do we know if any other relatives/adults live in the home?
Was wondering if that could be one reason they needed additional warrants, like in Josh Powell's father's case, I believe they had to get a warrant for an adult child's room, or would have needed one, so did not search it at some point...JMO
