Sounds like the remains are those of a 3-year-old boy whose family was evicted from the home a while ago.

Roman 'lived' in a building attached to the home. Family was recently evicted. CPS involved i n the past relating mostly to truancy.

Awww. A little boy named Roman. Parents arrested. I didn't write down their last name. TPD has been to the house before, all their other children have been taken by CPS. The remains were found in a shed/structure in a toy box. How sad.

So sad-a little three year old boy who had been living in an outbuilding at the residence. Mother arrested and charged with first degree murder and child neglect.

Why would the parents of a missing child protect anyone who might have information about their daughter's whereabouts and/or who has her? Isabel should be their primary concern! :moo:

I think JM owes money to Drug dealers they told him we will take this to next level. Checked out Facebook or something decided to steal child. Or he was in the child trafficking business and did videos of her in car or stuff and dad may be involved too. And that's why the dad says we know you may not have anything to do with this but you have info. And JM is scared to get killed.

The one girl who heard the voices? I remember when this first happened I was looking at her Facebook and she was talking abt a recent break up she had and how the boyfriend moved out. Makes ya wonder ???? Bedroom window right by there?? Was he stalking the little girl mb ???

Looks like they brought in a 'Closer'. Trying to get the info they need to back up their suspicions and finally bring charges. Someone may have seen something, heard something, or learned something since then... Personally, I still feel it was her father and uncle. Father did something to her early that morning after mother left, and had the uncle come and take her away. They met and talked over the back wall, where the neighbor woke up and heard them. Mother is being lied to about the Uncle, Father won't admit to what he did. Uncle can't rat him out because he was involved in removing her body. jmo

“We know she is alive,” said Becky Celis. “We feel it as a mom and dad,” she said.

Both said there is a relative who may have information about the case, but the person is not sharing it. “We want all our questions answered, but this person has not been forthright. We want to figure out why this person is not being forthright with police,” said Sergio Celis. “It boggles us quite a bit.”

The couple would not elaborate, and would only say that this person has been approached several times by different authorities during the investigation, and authorities are referred to the person’s lawyer.

“Why behave this way?” asked Sergio Celis. “We’d like a better answer.”

Tucson police spokesman Dugan said he could not discuss specific investigative information regarding that relative.

The landlord found the boy's skeleton in a plastic blue toy chest located in "an attached structure" outside the home at around 3 p.m. and called 911, Tucson Police Chief Roberto Villasenor said in a press conference Wednesday.

"How anyone could do that to someone is very difficult to understand," Villasenor said. "We want to make sure we're very thorough in investigating this type of case."

According to Villasenor, the couple forced the little boy to live in the structure outside the house.

This theory was proposed dozens of times since the beginning. Drug cartels and gangs have no interest in kidnapping little kids. If they're going to do a 'hit' they do it. She's not off being raised by some drug gang, she's not on a beach in Mexico sipping Shirley Temples. She is likely deceased from something done to her in the home and her body was probably buried somewhere. The parents are probably involved or maybe one of them. Horses vs Zebras.

Well, If I were Sergio Celis, and this was a relative of mine, I don't think I would be going through his attorney... I would get my hands on him and put the screws to him, IYKWIM with a gang of other family members in tow. Attorney my arse, but that's just me. I would find a way to get to him if that was my baby girl.

A picture in your link shows a container with a different type newer locking clasp which would seem to eliminate any older cases.

I copied your post over to Jhessye Shockley's thread just in case. Glendale is an hour closer to Apache Lake than Tucson.

I don't think it's Isa. Sounds like it could be an older female by a few years. Also the location is not near Tucson.
