So, what that means is that in that exact home there has been a PRIOR forcible rape of a female? .. WoW.. What are the chances a home would be twice a crime scene of rape/molestation.. And is it the same residents?? I'd probably be shocked to learn the chances aren't as slim as I'm assuming them to be..

He says LE believed it was the date they requested...it was NOT date or time stamped...

Not a setback...that is inaccurate...the value of the video was only to identify the people, to see if they were witnesses...

Should not impact perception that they are doing everything they can..not perfect of course, no LE is.

I think Lt. Pacheco is reading here on WS. He's defending LE, but saying of course, they're not perfect. Doesn't appreciate the blanket statements that LE has suffered a setback because of the video debacle.

IMO, Releasing a video without verifying the day/night is an issue, as it is a simple procedure to verify the date.

I did not like his response with "not being perfect". My goodness a video is NOT rocket science.
