RF does not have a "girlfriend." The "girlfriend" in the article is the neighbor's girlfriend ...the one whom placed the false 911 calls.

It has been reported in several MSM articles and was posted on his own FB page that NF is his girlfriend. I know how strange it sounds but it is in fact the case.

I don't think so. I think they must make medical care available, but I don't think they can force a pregnancy test on her.

Different case, different state, but AFAIK they haven't 'made' Tammy Moorer (Heather Elvis case) take a pregnancy test though she tried to use her alleged pregnancy as an excuse to alter her bond. :denied:

Officers said Grogan surrendered immediately Wednesday, but Folster refused to come out and enlisted the help of his girlfriend and neighbor to try and evade arrest. His 21-year-old girlfriend called 911 and falsely reported that an officer was shot at a gas station, police said. Folster climbed through an attic to a neighboring duplex where he was hidden from authorities, they said. The girlfriend and the neighbor were arrested.

The Bullhead City Police Department descended upon Grogan and Folster's home late Wednesday afternoon with warrants in hand. Subsequently, police arrested Niki Fox, Folster's 21-year old girlfriend, on charges that she made bogus 911 calls in an attempt to divert police away from the duplex on Lakeshore Drive to give Folster a chance to escape.

As for the person that mentioned a divorce is probably in Ralphy's future, I believe that is true, but I think it will be after all court proceedings are complete for every crime he, TG and all their friends are charged with. Not that I believe any one of them has ever seen the inside of a law book (except maybe to mark off items as completed) but their lawyers will probably mention to them that a spouse cannot be compelled to testify against their spouse.

In the jail in which I work, a patient must agree to a urine pregnancy test if she says she is pregnant at time of intake, even if she's visibly pregnant. If she refuses, that's ok, but she won't be given the special accommodations or scheduled to see the OB/GYN doc. Most women cooperate because they want the pregnancy diet, extra mattress, and prenatal care. However, they are allowed to refuse. We ask them to sign a refusal of care form, and if they refuse it may be signed by the nurse and a deputy who witnessed the refusal. With pregnancy, it becomes obvious eventually one way or the other!

I don't personally believe TG is pregnant. I think she is seeking attention and trying to guilt RF into staying around. Sure is interesting how once there were no young girls in the house anymore, he split and started dating a girl who is very young!

ETA: to answer the actual original question, it can be court ordered for the test to be done.

I don't think any of them will keep quiet. Not that I think any of them will tell the truth. I think every one of them will throw the others under the bus, each trying to save their own hiney. TG will likely find new ways to blame Bella, I'm sure. "I was buying snacks for the kids (awesome meth smoking/dealing mom alert!), and then BELLA wouldn't stay in bed....and, you know, why don't you let me talk to Justin. So much like the Cummings/ Croslin drug fueled, lying, murdering child disappearing fiasco. At least we know where Bella is and what happened to her (to some extent). I hope they lock them all up and throw away the keys... they do nothing to contribute to a prosperous, supportive, healthy society. Children should not have to live and die like this.
