IT. IS. ABOUT. TIME.

OK, I do a lot of work in the AZ foster care system and CANNOT understand why the child protective services caseworker would care whether or not the kids reported abuse back in April 2011 if their mother's PARENTAL RIGHTS HAD BEEN TERMINATED, which would justify removal regardless of any evidence of current abuse. Also, if her parental rights had been terminated, then the cousins or someone must have had the ACTUAL LEGAL RIGHT to care for her, and a phone call to the police should have resulted in the child(ren) (depending on whether her rights were terminated as to all of them) being returned to the care of the appropriate party--without any involvement of CPS or any evidence of current abuse.
I wonder if her parental rights regarding Jhessye were ever legally terminated, since she was not born at the time of the prior conviction. She is not listed on any of the CA court documents, which is why I think she fled to AZ to have Jhessye, "turn her over" to the cousins, then return to CA.
I'm not giving AZ CPS a 'bye' on the April 2011 report of abuse and inaction on their part. Just addressing Jhessye...

I just checked the Peas in Their Pods radio site to see if Shirley is scheduled for any future appearances but nothing listed yet.
I feel bad for legitimate organizations when it comes out that they have been helping spread the perps declaration of innocence and their version of events. They were partners in allowing Shirley and Jerice to spread the "poor Jerice" stories and their credibility may be affected permanently.
For anyone interested the shows that Jerice and Shirley were on are archived and you can still listen.

Valley church raises money for Jhessye's mother
http://www.abc15.com/dpp/news/regio...lley-church-raises-money-for-jhessye's-mother
The Christian Fellowship Church claims to have raised $3,000 of the $10,000 needed for Jerice Hunters bond, 10 percent of the total bond of $100,000.
Glendale is trying to save face before Thanksgiving, said Reverend Dr. Jeffrey Metcalff. She will be exonerated of these charges.
The reverend spoke outside the jail on Tuesday, joined by Hunters father. They both believe she is innocent.
Jerice Hunter Bond Request Turned Down by Bail Bondsman; Mom's 5-year-Old Still Missing, Believed Dead
http://blogs.phoenixnewtimes.com/valleyfever/
A Valley bail-bond company says it has denied an offer to write a bond for Jerice Hunter because her daughter is still missing and the bond amount is too low.
The operators of Regulator Bail Bonds, Inc., tweeted and Facebooked their displeasure last night, urging the state's other bail-bond companies to follow their lead.
A channel 15 (KNXV-TV) news report stated yesterday that a local church was trying to raise the 10 percent of the bond needed to free Hunter from jail.
