To answer your question, and I didn't watch the interview either, Keith was interviewed about it afterwards. He sounded surprisingly fond of her. I thought he knew better too but I guess not. Some people have said he is only securing future interview possibilities with her, but I have my doubts.

To them her insistence on a speedy trial doesn't make sense in this case. "I do not feel sorry for her. She is doing this all for attention. This is going to be a speedy conviction and she is doing horrible when she has standby counsel."

Lori will be found guilty of conspiracy to kill Charles and it won’t bother her one bit. She is anxious to get back close to her “husband’. She believes they will both go free. Sick.
i watched an interview on YouTube of Detective Hermosillo in Rexburg. He said at Lori’s trial, when he walked by her, she smiled and winked at him like she was getting away with something. It made him sick. Knowing she had killed her children and acting all flirty and like she had one over him or something. Ugh. She has no clue how she has devastated that whole community, detectives, FBI, and all. She does not care.
