I noticed the same thing Niner, when I was reading yesterday. But I'm not sure if it was an official document or a reporter's tweet. Whatever it was, it was something that mentioned 25 years sentence.

My DH retired in December and he has lots of home projects for us. Lol

Do we know if Nate got himself removed from the Defense Witness List so he can report on the trial?

That is okay if you can't be here all day - I can't either - as this starts late for me - like 6pm - so will do my best to catch up in the next morning.
And all we will have starting is jury selection - not sure if that will be streamed live - but there probably will be tweets from reporters in the court room.

It is a conspiracy charge but still a class 1 felony and punishable by same sentence as a first degree murder charge in AZ because it is viewed the same as the one who pulled the trigger.

  When the intended crime is a Class 1 felony, such as first-degree murder, the conspiracy charge itself is a Class 1 felony, carrying the same potential punishment as the intended crime.
  
  • Life Imprisonment: Individuals convicted of conspiracy to commit a Class 1 felony, like first-degree murder, can face life imprisonment.

It is going to be difficult to watch LVD and Karen Read's trial. I hate when 2 trials I am interested in occur at the same time! At least AZ is not in the same time zone I am so that helps a little.

Colby told Nate that he was at Lori's house several hours after Charles was killed and found Lori, Alex and Tylee unbothered. Alex was watching a movie. Lori had previously told Colby that Charles had a heart attack, but Alex with a bandaged head explained to Colby that he shot Charles in self-defense.
