The body cam footage of Charles Vallow has been shown on YouTube, but Charles is blurred out. We can see his outline, and it was still very traumatic. I can't imagine how graphic it was in court today. My heart breaks for all of Lori's victims. What a monster.

Judge Justin Beresky has got to be quite anxious about losing 2 jurors and so early in the trial.
I know I am.
Just the thought of a mistrial is unbearable.

Supposedly there's 3 women and 13 men on the jury.

There is now 2 women and 12 men on the jury.

I don't know how Judge Justin Beresky will choose the final 12 but it appears there's a possibility of having an all male jury.
George Zimmerman had an all female jury.

In her opening remarks, years after these events, LVD brings herself to dramatic tears, but the morning of, after the very bad no good baseball bat chase, she escapes, returns to a fleet of emergency vehicles and she doesn't ask the police to guard her? Doesn't start to hyper ventilate, doesn't reconsider bringing Tylee right back into the war room, doesn't clue the cop into the events that transpired, oh, about 47 minutes ago? Not a single tear. She doesn't say anything about Charles? Is he here? Is he okay? Did you arrest him? He tried to hurt me. Where is he?????

Nope, she's smiling all friendly at the officer, doing nothing to shield Tyleee from the unknown, acting like a platinum blonde soccer mom just back from from botox and Caribou, worried only about what the neighbors think and how it will impact her.

I've been on juries and I can't see how on earth he was pulling out his phone with a baliffe there. No way.

Yes @Izzylizzy …. from my own personal experience in an east coast state criminal court a few years back we had to surrender our electronic devices before entering the potential juror members area. Daily. And lockers were available for them. SMH at what I am apparently reading about the court occurrences here. MOO

I remember seeing a photo of Tylee at a gun range or shooting event with her aunt, Summer. I sincerely doubt that Lori is ignorant about guns.

LVD is listing the facts of the case.

I notice that she credits herself with helping Charles with his job, credits herself with raising five children...

Claims Charles and Tylee fought badly, needed counseling, turned physical. Says Charles pulled JJ out of special school. Claims she brought JJ back to AZ so he could return to his special school.

Claiming Charles began sending her threatening messages. Claims she wouldn't let him stay at the house because of the fights with Tylee. Claims she booked a hotel room for Charles to stay at.

Claims Charles was texting Adam Cox.

Claims left JJ, age 7, alone in a running car.

Now tears from LVD. Claims Tylee was awakened by Charles yelling. Claims Tylee came out with a bat to protect LVD. Then Charles and Alex fought for control of the bat. LVD claims she sent Tylee out to be with JJ, claims Charles chased her with a bat, Alex retrieved a gun, then she went outside -- five away, went to Burger King, drove to Walgreens to by flip-flops, since they had left without shoes.

Big pause because LVD had to get a tissue.

Left without shoes . . . oh, they weren't in a big hurry to beat it out of there, now, were they!
