After viewing some of the hearings and trials of LVD and CD I don't understand why these recent procedings are not privy to ALL the past information pertaining to this evil conspiracy. I know the law prohibits it, but these crimes are related and vital information of associated guilt is being withheld. There is a point when past acts should have no baring on a current trial, but when the crimes are most definitely related and part of the consipacy the law has a duty to expose that fact. JMOO

Don't know if this has been shared here before, but I found that Alex had an account at Smule which is a music recording app. He had quite a nice voice actually. Very sad, such a waste.

Lori Vallow Daybell trial: Experts weigh in on 'Doomsday Mom' not testifying | FOX 10 Phoenix

CV's lawyer Larsen said soon after CV's death his family wanted him to contact lead detective Moffat with his divorce file and since divorce documents are or mostly are public info there was no attorney client privlidge and CV told Larsen if something happens to him it's LVD and AC.
Larsen also wanted to speak with Moffat.
Det. Moffat never got back to him and it sounds like more than one call was made.
They said there was no way Moffat could have taken the stand, both direct and cross.
Looks like it's not a done deal for this panel believing that LVD won't walk into court Monday morning and inform the judge she will be testifing.

Arizona had a singing stand-up comedian.
According to LVD he was just joking in all those texts to her.

Lori has an account there too under lori4style and Tylee also had one.

Chad told Julie Rowe in 2018 not to visit him any more because of Tammy's jealousy. In mid-2019 Chad skipped a Preparing a people conference due to a "family emergency". IIRC, in early July (or June) of that year Tammy posted the last pics of her and Chad together on fb. If in July, it would have been after receiving the letter from Charles. IMO Tammy likely saw signs of Chad's infidelity but perhaps thought she was stuck with him. She must have thought he didn't have the guts to divorce her. Perhaps some of his children didn't have too much of a problem with accepting Lori because they knew that his marriage had been dead for a while. For example, they would know if Tammy and Chad slept in separate bedrooms.
One of the women who knows LVD said it was her who was jealous of Julie Rowe which is why CD cut the JR imbecile cord.
Who can't see JVD being jealous of JR?
It supposedly was when LVD first met JR that the voices in her head began saying "you can do that too". lol

I don't want to attribute it to who I remember saying that w/o searching for the video but she is a very reliable source throughout everything LVD.

imo

It doesn't seem right that a dead person's words can't be brought into the trial of the person accused of killing them. It seems like CRUCIAL evidence, to hear what CV said and thought, to hear from Tylee

Seems wrong that one can just kill all their witnesses and benefit from it.

Why did LVD admit she heard a gunshot? Is it because Tylee did?

Like it all happened so fast... so... they waited 47 minutes to call 911...

I guess she's standing firm on it being a family tragedy. Yeah, she showed how sad it made it her.

I hope the life insurance sinks her.

There can be an exception on that law to death bed confessions.
I think this could be quite questionable.

In legal terms, a deathbed confession, also known as a dying declaration, is generally admissible evidence in court, even though it's considered hearsay, according to Wikipedia. This is because the law assumes that someone close to death has no incentive to lie.

In TR's police interview CY asked her where her mother was when she heard what she said sounded like a bat being slammed on the floor.
TR did a noticeable hesitation then said there was the noise and LVD came out "immediately"
Looks like LVD was there when the first shot was fired and bolted out of the house yet sends her daughter back in for her purse. OMG!

TR never once mentioned CV's cell phone and her mom not giving it back to CV.
IIRC: AC mentioned LVD having the phone, no details on she wouldn't give it back and CV wanted it and the detective let that pass and never questioned AC about it.

LVD's prior prosecutor Rachel Smith does a great job of answering questions, simplifying and clearing up many confusions and why Prosecutor Kay is keeping the focus on LVD and not AC or CD.

".plus Prosecutor Rachel Smith and Defense Attorney Allen Browning share their thoughts on the trial."

It allows the only living person (guilty) to write their own story. The story is false but she gets to have the last word.

She is relishing the attention and the opportunity to question the people who testified against her. Revenge is her motivation.

I can tell you did not grow up Latter Day Saint. It is cultural. Divorce isn't really part of the vocabulary. And TD probably felt guilty, like she wasn't doing enough to keep CD happy.
Tammy sounds to have been a wonderful lady. And a martyr for putting up with that grub Chad. I truly hope that she did not feel any guilt for her unhappy marriage, he probably did try to make her feel that way.

So the prosecution rested? Thats it? I had changed my vote today when I heard from others about this mornings testimony. Now i am doubtful again. Investigation was really inadequate. I am back on the fence. Not sure of a conviction. Wow!
Initially, yes, but they DID eventually investigate and conclude that she was a participant in the scheme. That's why she's on trial. There's no statute of limitations on murder. Many cases take years to solve because of lack of evidence.

TR estimated the time when she woke up to what she described as Charles yelling or screaming as 7:50. According to the GPS location records, CV’s phone left the area of the home at 7:49 (in CV’s rental car with LVD driving).

Also, TR told Det Ynclan that she purchased the bat when she was living in her uncle’s (Alex Cox) home because she was alone there. However, Det. Duncan testified that LE had found the purchase records for that bat and it was purchased when CV was living in the family home.

Seems to me to indicate TR was coached what to tell LE. LVD and AC wanted LE to understand that to be Tylee’s bat that she kept handy (because then it sounds plausible that Tylee might emerge from her room with it) but that doesn’t sound like the truth if that bat was purchased when it was.

Also sounds like she may have been coached to give a later time for the alleged confrontation (thus shrinking the length of time that passed between when they left in the rental car before 911 was called). CV’s phone was there 7:37-7:49, but TR gives the relative beginning of the conflict as one minute past the rental car’s departure from the scene with CV’s phone.

TR’s description of CV’s face as red with rage sounds coached too. Aligns with Alex Cox’s repeated use of the word aggressive in describing CV that morning. One gets the sense they all agreed to emphasize aggression/rage. Their words say it, but their behavior doesn’t. No one seems spent or obviously relieved that they escaped a violent assault; they just seem determined to get the description that they believe warrants self defense out.

Obviously, neither Tylee’s nor Alex’s interview with LE came into evidence. But if LVD thinks either would have helped her defense, she’s mistaken. They raise at least as much suspicion as they might dispel.

I’m so grateful that Justin went back to Mel McDonald for his thoughts as it was disappointing that technical issues prevented his input on the panel earlier and I really wanted to hear them!

Loved Mel’s concise ten points yesterday and his summary of key facts justifying conviction here, as well as his analysis of LVD’s very disastrous performance acting as her own attorney.
