Tylee was killed months before Lori and Chad got married. She didn't like Chad.

I'm certain that LVD was instrumental at ensuring tension between CV and Tylee. She's sick. Good cop, bad cop crap. Ensuring Tylee's loyalty to her. Until she tired of Tylee too. Everyone, a means to an end for LVD.

He was found dead in his home about a week after he passed. An aneurysm I believe, or something similar? Some speculate that Lori and Alex had something to do with it but completely unknown.
