Northern CA. She stalked him in AZ then killed him there. She had wanted him to marry her and move her there.

*Jury Selection Continues (Day 2) (@ 10:30am AZT) – AZ – Brandon Boudreaux (34/now 40) attempted murder on Oct. 2, 2019 in Gilbert, AZ. *Lori Norene Vallow (46 @ time of crime/49/now 51) indicted (2/24/22), charged & arraigned (12/7/23) with 1 count of 1st degree premeditated attempted murder. Plead not guilty. Held without bond. Maricopa County
Jury selection began on 5/30/25 . Jury will consist of 12 jurors & 4 alternates.
Trial set to begin on 6/2/25 maybe.
Judge Justin Beresky presiding. State’s attorney Ryan Green. DA Treena Jeanelle Kay. Vallow-Daybell Pro Se with advisory Defense attorneys Gerald Bradley & Denae Suchy.

5/29/25 Friday, Jury Selection Day 1: Only 2 from the morning questionnaire advanced to the afternoon in-person session with 68 potential jurors. Judge Beresky says jury selection won't be completed by end of today. Trial will be pushed back a bit. Judges says 65 showed up this afternoon & 3 did not. DA Kay says 68 minues the people who have some work/schedule issues leaves them with 54. Not a bad sized pool. Judge excused 11 who had some hardships. Hoping to get the 3 missing jurors in court on Monday, 6/2/25, making the total 54. Judge says he can be done with his questioning by noon on Monday & the jury could possibly be seated by 3pm. Expects prosecution & defense to give their opening statements. If quarantine - then trial "might" start on Friday, 6/6/26.
Jury selection continues on Monday, 6/2/25.
5/30/25 Docket update: Order entered by Court. Oral arguments were on 5/29/25.
AZ – Charles Vallow (62) shot & killed on July 11, 2019 in Chandler, AZ. *Lori Norene Daybell-Vallow - Trial of Charles began on 4/7/25 & ended 4/22/25 with GUILTY of all charges. Will be sentenced after Boudreaux trial.
ID – Vallow found guilty of all charges & sentenced to 3 consecutive life sentences without parole on 7/31/23.
