Maybe if LD is found guilty the state will move on M&M and Z with charges?
Melani would have had to be in cahoots with LD, CD,AC and ZP & MG knew the plan and aftermath.

Can anyone figure out why LVD was trying to admit that email as evidence? How is an investigator asking about MP's potential motives supposed to prove LVD's innocence? She's trying to suggest that BB & the police were constructing a story after the fact and needed to come up with a motive? That's not how the jury is going to see it; they're just going to see that, yes, MP had a motive.

In her opening she suggested that Brandon and Pillar conspired to "set up" Melani to pin the crime on her. It's so dumb because even if they did do that, it doesn't exonerate LD.

Like in the last trial, she fixates on what happened during the investigation as though if they ever went down one avenue not having to do with Lori that means Lori can't ever be guilty. It's so dumb.
