I honestly don’t remember her taking the stand to testify. Did she?

She did not chose to testify. I just remember those were the rules if she did testify. I assume because it's the same judge/same county it has the same rules. I doubt she will testify in this one either but who knows.

She actually didn't. She did not chose to testify on her own behalf. But if she would have those were the rules.

Ahhh ok, thanks for clarifying that. ! I was trying to rack my brain wondering why I didn’t remember her writing down questions/ taking the stand in the last trial. I am usually listening to the trials while doing other things so sometimes I get distracted.

10:34 a.m. Judge has asked everyone to clear the courtroom. We are headed outside to the lobby area.

10:32 a.m. Judge asks for a sidebar with the parties. They all approach the bench. White noise is played in the courtroom.
