More motions to dismiss, and to remove judge. This time Judge Green. Lol.

That list of zombies is getting so long by now.

View attachment 594082

Here are those motions.

The Motion to Dismiss is for forcing her to come to court when she has a virus, she says. Her team members are sick too allegedly.

The other one is because Judge Green had a hearing with her but without her assistants, and other reasons. It's hard to read because it needs a proofreader.

The motions were assigned to a third judge, Judge Wein. That judge has denied both motions, to the extent they were for cause. To the extent they were for seeking relief, the big meanie Judge Beresky will handle them.

Judge Wein should expect soon a motion to recuse hisself.

She claims that her medical results were "read to the media as well as the public." Pretty sure they weren't. (Unless I missed that?)

And "Judge Beresky forced the defendant to take medication"? Guess I missed that, too. I only caught the part where he offered her ibuprofen for her headache.

"She was deprived water"? Doubtful. I'm fairly certain I've seen her sipping from a plastic water bottle throughout the trial.

And apparently the judge threw her "out of her own trial because of his explosive behavior was under control," whatever that means.

And in Greene's case, "The courtroom was dark and difficult for the defendant." Really, LVD? That's the verb you're going to go with there?

Remember that song, "I don't know why she swallowed the fly"? 🎶...she swallowed the cat to eat the bird, she swallowed the bird to eat the spider, she swallowed the spider to eat the fly, I don't know why she swallowed the fly...🎵

Lori seems to want all the judges who don't cater to her swallowed.

🎼Her motions are meritless, but replace Beresky anyway, replace Green because she sided with Beresky, replace Wein because he sided with Green who sided with Beresky, I don't know why she swallowed the fly, I guess she'll die.

Of her unnamed virus. 🎻

Sounds like she is spiraling. The judge, despite her extreme efforts to the contrary, is retaining control of his courtroom and keeping the drama away from the jury. And SHE CAN'T STAND IT!

WTH

She is acting as her own counsel. As such, if she can't make it to trial, she does need a note from the doctor, as would any trial lawyer. If you want special provisions, you have to waive your right to privacy! "I'm sick. I'm really sick. I'm ill." Not good enough.

Even so, Judge B was very careful not to air her diagnoses, except to note that there was A finding, just nothing to support her absence from trial. That the world laughed in unison, knowing she was faking it isn't the judge's fault! It's hers.

She probably has A COMMON COLD (hello, rhinovirus) and to make herself look as sick as humanly and rhinoly as possible, she probably didn't live on broth, purposefully dehydrating herself to the point of a nice friendly, noncoital UTI. All the pain, none of the fun.

She really needs to get over herself.

Meanwhile, Charles - still dead. Tylee - still dead. JJ - still dead. Tammy - still dead.

Enough already with this quadruple killer and blood-sucking vampire of a mother and wife.

Hope the next deliberation is at most a couple hours.

Let's see if this claim holds up...

Screenshots from Jun 5 video. (I tried to check after each break.)
1749657406154.webp (TWO waters!)
1749657572614.webp (still one water)
1749657669938.webp (it sits there for awhile...)
1749657738242.webp (drinking...)
1749657817193.webp (no water)
1749657938675.webp (oh, look! more water!)
1749658090810.webp (final witness is up, and looks like that water bottle might be empty.)

Of a nearly 7 hour court day, it looks to me the longest she might have been "deprived" water was at the most an hour.

Well shoot I’m probably going to miss the first hour of Court today. Just realized I have something scheduled. Hopefully it won’t take too long!

Do we need to stage an intervention? Where are your priorities? ;)

I am sure Lori believes she is fighting zombies and she and Chub will soon be released.

After i had a good nights sleep, I believe today will be an excellent day. And the jury will have a decision of guilty after their first full meal together. (You all know how it goes, they finally get to laugh behind closed doors at this crazy woman.)

When they finally learn of her past convictions, they will need therapy.

For me, being a part of WS and reading your posts has been therapy. Thank you!
(On to Suzanne Morphew soon I hope.)

DAY 2 of LVD's dehydration claim, with screenshots from JUN 6...
1749658304092.webp (no water in view as court begins)
1749658394884.webp (thirty minutes later, and she's got some water!)
1749658538996.webp (most of the morning was LVD's cross-exam of BB, but after lunch break, she's got what looks like a new bottle of water)
1749658616293.webp (an hour later, it's still sitting there, looking full and unopened)
1749658673764.webp (new witness, and it's still in the same spot)
1749658778345.webp (new witness... this water has now been sitting there unopened for over two hours)
1749658878984.webp (a couple minutes later, it's gone.)

Court goes on another 45 minutes and there's no water on her desk when they leave, so again, at most about 45 minutes of being "deprived" water after letting an unopened one sit there for over two hours.

I still think if there’s a juror who doesn’t know what we know, he/she will wonder why Melanie and Chad weren’t also charged. This trial has made Melanie look worse than Lori.

Is that even possible? Did I just say that??

If the prosecution loses this case I will be furious. BB deserves justice.
Replying to my own post, does anyone think Melanie is dead and that is why she hasn’t testified?

Is it even gone? Maybe just out of frame.

From her motion, she said the judge forced her to take medication. Is this the ibuprofen he offered her? Seriously? Forced? She was free to accept or decline.

She is demanding and insatiable both.
