Nate Eaton tweets that Hermosillo is in lobby waiting area.

1:11 p.m. We are back in the courtroom. Spotted Rexburg Police Det. Ray Hermosillo in the lobby waiting area. Lori filed a motion weeks ago asking that he not be allowed to testify. Judge denied it. Last time Hermosillo testified was in Chad Daybell’s April 2024 trial in Boise, Idaho.
