I think it'll be quickly determined that she didn't have an illness severe enough to prevent her from appearing in court or delaying her trial. That the judge really wasn't biased against her and forcing her to appear- whether as counsel or defendant isn't grounds for a new trial. She's just playing victimhood, is mad that the judge ordered her out of court, and wants more time in the limelight. After all, she won't get to visit with Chad when she returns to Idaho, so why not drag it out?
