Snarky to the judge. No, snide. She's downright snide.

Dangling 'right to a speedy trial' in front of the judge when SHE'S the one who has trafficjammed her life. I hate when all my murder charges conflict with each other.

She is just so full of herself.

Judge was on his last nerve with Lori and the trial has not even started yet. THEY are trying to help her by not combining the two trials. Lori argues with the judge/prosecutor that not combining trials interferes with her right to a speedy trial. Like, lady, if the jury hears about your other trail, in prejudices them and you're more likely to lose!

not that she has a shot in hell of winning anyway.
