Doesn't matter what order the witnesses come in, they could have sent someone to their office to pick up what they needed while they were hearing Juan's opening and lunch. And they probably wouldn't have gotten to cross examination til tomorrow anyway.................this trial may go BEYOND the Judge's August finish date.

Exactly. Love the DA's that feel they can twist the facts for their own purposes....although I guess that is how they make their living.
