Not as in depth as I thought it might be but a good recap of the events. I still haven't found any posted video of that conference even though the judge allowed the camera to film it.

prejudice to Defendant if potential jurors see him in jail stripes."

Maybe I'm dense, but he's in jail and everyone knows that he's in stripes. I don't understand all the fuss about this in any trial.

Since he is innocent until proven guilty, the jail stripes are considered prejudicial.....a constitutional thing.
