After listening to spreecast last night with Jen, I am worried about this case. What if there is enough weird stuff coming from the defense to put possible doubt about the shooter? Especially hearing that a police officer made a mistake ...wow!

I really wish that when a Judge rules on cameras/video, if the party involved DOESN'T show up, they are fined or something inherently evil.:jail:

So the trial is on an extended break, ol' Hulsey seems to have time on his side.:banghead:

Hi, NyWolf -- Back over here on this frustrating planet again....

No MSM. Unbelievable & unimaginable, IMO. This is a trial for the murder of a Police Officer. A guy who laid it on the line every minute, and gave everything he had to be a good one. It makes me want to go out into the street and scream.

I noticed in the DeVault trial they seemed to do a little bit more live streaming during the defense's case in chief compared to the prosecution's, maybe that'll be the case here as well. Hopefully. Although we'll never know which days the camera light will be on and which days will be dark. :facepalm:

.....and the fun starts with the rattlers!!!!! "Dispatched" the first one of the year, that was under my BF's Bronco. BF was trying to get a shovel behind it's head, and I swear that thing was airborne several times trying to bite him!
Seriously, he's not a country boy, had to go save him before he pulled a gun on it and potentially ruined a perfectly good skin.........oh....and before he got bit!:floorlaugh: Mojave Greens are a PITA when it comes to anti-venom.
