not to get off topic but i think jodi thinks that if she delays enough juan will put a deal on the table....think shes out of luck there. hes stuck it this long he isn't backing down,and neither are the family

But I am worried about appeals and ineffective counsel and all that. One might see this as Jodi having to represent herself since her attorneys failed to call a single witness in her first penalty phase, so now she has to do it herself.
