Good morning! Sorry I missed the end. Terrible thunder-boomers right over my house shut me down. I'm sure BH's lawyers are sitting on him to shut him up before allocution. They are probably going to try and get him not to allocute at all. Let's hope he does, once the verdict is in. Then, the jury will get to hear it from the horse's mouth.

I think they will let him allocute but are pressing him not to actually testify. Bad move.

He can testify now if he wants to. His lawyers and the judge can advise against it but in the end it's his decision.

ETA: but this is not the guilt phase so the testimony I'm sure would be more geared toward mitigation and verifying all the stuff he says happened.

Thanks! I keep hearing about Dr. Hayes but don't know if it's a man or a woman. Has Dr. Hayes testified in this trial yet? I assume yes.
