Juan says he just got 200 page docs last night too. The majority was already turned in to defense #bryanhulsey

The judge has to say no to that long a delay. It's been seven years! They're in the middle of the penalty phase! How can they possibly do that? What would they do with the poor jury?

No, no. This won't happen. We're finally in the home stretch. He can go home and look over the papers over the weekend.

There's no way this would be rescheduled for after JA's retrial, the holidays will be here, it'd have to wait until next year, and then they'd find more reasons to delay, baloney, baloney, baloney. Judge, tell them to get up to speed over the weekend, for cripe's sake.
