I'm already wondering how long the verdict will take, if I were on the jury it wouldn't be long. 'Course with a guilty verdict we'll then have to go through the aggravation phase and then the penalty phase, a mid-August finish is possible, but then it is Arizona. lol

Better be a mid-August finish. JA up next.

catching up here......story of my life :giggle:

in my case, i'd say the aggravation phase started with opening statements :cursing:

this trial has driven me even battier than before.........thank goodness for jen and you lovelies..........:tyou:

While we have had strange court schedules in other cases...high profile and regular...I have NEVER seen one so stuck in the penalty phase as JA. It befuddles me

JM deserves a few days in between to catch his breath and store up energy to battle again, considering the craziness that's already begun (the amicus brief) I'm sure the retrial won't be a smooth matter of course. More tricks are up her sleeve, I imagine.

If I remember right, when the camera motion came up, the 30 minute delay was part of the agreement?

OT: Watched smoke and later fire in the early evening coming out of Sedona, another fire, this time caused by a small plane crash.
Sedona just doesn't seem to be getting any breaks.

Sedona just doesn't seem to be getting any breaks.

My littlest bro lives in North Bend, Washington, my lil' sis does too, but we don't have a relationship................and my dad also relocated there a few years back, for what reason I haven't a clue because no one has any contact with him or our mom.
My lil' bro sent me a pic of a house explosion nearby about 6 weeks ago........that was something!

Since the schedule had court today, one side or both must have asked for the day off to further complete their closing arguments, it was not a shock to hear they took another day off, for any reason. lol

Today, Tuesday, Jul 22. Closing arguments 10:30 a.m. AZ time. I am sending emails to local stations requesting live stream

Last night I googled for any new articles, thought at least one local site would be mentioning closing arguments coming up, couldn't find a single new piece, but the vast majority of links that did pop up were for 'Live Stream'. I found that an ironic smacko in the chops considering Day 1 is the *only* live stream we've had.
