It's not an accident when one points and fires a gun at anyone.

I, for one, am hooked on Gerri Nel, prosecuting the OP case. I think I speak for Geevee in saying she has become a fan as well. You all might be interested in catching the closings in the OP trial in a couple weeks. Nel is a wonder to behold, like Juan.

+10 Chell. I didn't think I'd be able to get through all the videos to catch up with OP's trail...until I started watching Nel, oh yes, I have become a big fan of his. He's like Juan in a polite parallel universe, just as determined, brilliant and direct, though genteel and with an accent I've come to adore. lol I'll miss him once that one is done, probably never get to see him try another case.

There was a 300+ page report done on the shooting that cleared Offc. Goita of any friendly fire........wonder why that hasn't been mentioned?
