I am not sure this is going to be a slam dunk for the State. The circumstantial evidence sure points to Hulsey. I just wish they had not discarded the bullet fragments so there would be no question. Patsy certainly helped the State. I hope Hulsey will be convicted of Attempted Murder at the very least. I just don't know if Officer Holly will get the justice he deserves.
