*Sentencing Hearing – (@ am PT) - AZ – Patricia Henson (8 mos.) (Jan. 24, 2019, Tucson, possible puncture wounds from dog) - *Breanna Elaine Henson (30) “mom” arrested & charged (1/24/19) with 1 count of felony child abuse. $25K Bond.
1/24/19 was arrested & charged her with child abuse. Henson appeared before a judge Thursday (1/24/19) night and was then released. Back in court on Feb. 6.
2/6/19 Update: Case Management hearing on 3/22. 3/22/19: Next Pretrial hearing on 6/10. 12/18/19 Update: Henson agreed to a plea deal on Wednesday, Dec. 18. Henson plead guilty to a felony charge of endangerment & to an undesignated class six felony. She will be sentenced on Jan. 27.

Arizona woman whose child was eaten by dog gets probation

TUCSON, Ariz. (KOLD News 13) - A Tucson woman whose infant daughter was found dead in early 2019 has been sentenced to a year of probation.

Breanna Henson’s offense was designated as a class-one misdemeanor at the sentencing Monday, Jan. 27.

The manner of the infant’s death remains undetermined, but injuries after her death may have been caused by a dog, according to police.
