It's really amazing! Given the trauma he sustained during his murder, and the fact he was dead for a day, I think he looked like this while alive.

I had a dream about Jorge last night, it was about his death so I won't share it. I really hope whoever killed him get whats coming to them and that his family is notified of his unfortunate passing.

I wonder if Rosario and Glenda are his parents, or maybe him and his girlfriend?

I have requested the medical examiner's report for Jorge. If I receive it, I won't be sharing the cause of death - but I will share any info in the report I think is necessary in identifying him.

I would love to see a picture of how the Rosario and Glenda tattoos were placed on his arm. Were they placed as a pair or single tattoos. A lot of times the description of the tattoos, without a picture, make you do "a visual" in your head and then if you see pictures your whole view/opinion changes.

I just got some reports from the ME. Like I said, I will be lenient on the circumstances of his death even though what I got was approved during legal review.

Jorge was last seen alive on the evening of October 25, 1999. I do not believe there was some sort of party going on but Jorge was doing something pretty illegal before his death. His friends apparently left the home and came back at about 5:20 PM on October 26, where they found him on the floor.

While I won't share the cause of death, it does not seem he went through an assault like I thought. His facial expression is probably from rigor mortis.

Unfortunately, it seems he would have died a slow death.

According to the report, the medical examiner apparently didn't take any photos of the tattoos, but police took photos of the crime scene. According to Detective Somershoe, he is waiting for a composite sketch of Jorge, and the reconstruction artist, Stephen Missal, sometimes does tattoo reconstructions.

"Rosario" was on the lateral aspect of the right upper arm. "Glenda" was on the volar aspect of the right forearm. Letters for "Lupe" were on each finger of the left hand. "D" was on the dorsal aspect of the left wrist.

There were additional tattoos as well. He had a cross tattoo on the lateral aspect of the upper left arm and three dots on the anterior chest. He had some scars on his thighs, legs, and knees.

Thanks for all your work.

Apparently three dot tattoos can be generally representative of gang life, representing the three words “mi vida loca” or my crazy life. However they are often placed by the eyes, on the hand, or somewhere else highly visible.

Three dot tattoos can also be representative of the Holy Trinity of Christianity, and for many tattoo owners can represent both meanings.

In this case I think the dots are not gang related, are they on the heart?, but who knows.

Because of details I won't go into, Jorge being involved in a gang seems to be a pretty plausible scenario. Like I said, he was doing something illegal when he died, and there's other circumstances that makes me think he might have been participating - I even think he may have been killed by a gang member.

I don't think they were on the heart area specifically, more on the lung areas - not sure as we don't have any photos.

I think Lupe is probably a name, based on the fact he had two more names on him.

I’m leaning towards his dots tattoo being both gang + Christian as he also had a cross
