Defense really tries to put words into witnesses mouths..That really bothers me...Yadda Yadda..Correct???..Yikes

So glad that Judge allowed this witness to express herself as to how she felt and believed reagrding JR's methods of teachings..i.e. "Overloaded' "rapid fire lectures"..inability to process what he says" now talking about the goggles they can wear that cause complete preverted views..warping vision to the point of nausea...and JR suggested "This is the world you live in" my words...

Attny Li ( Def.) keeps objecting and acts all petulent when over-ruled!!

Sorry got sidelined for a few dayz ( Frye Hearings)...Just now a paramedic has been put on the stand..tho think he is a witness due to being a participant....Sorry didnt catch his name....He apparantly attended this seminar in 2009..

The interview on In Session with James Ray's mom doesn't change my mind about his guilt. What else could a loving mom say about her son. I almost feel sorry for her.

That she accompanies him to court often doesn't amount to much for me.

I see this trial as a real iffy outcome but living here in Arizona allows me to consider the jury of locals in the area might find him guilty just for him bringing more tarnished news to the area. jmo

Watched part of it yesterday with the nurse Linda A., who was inside. Wasn't too impressed with her. Her nurse part of her brain would have told her to get out, but "she wasn't in her right mind". Told herself it was a good day to die. Felt she had to see it through and be a full player. She'd been in several sweat lodges before that, none as hot, and yet, despite feeling lucky to survive, went to another seminar of his a month later!!!:banghead::banghead::banghead:

I don't get people like this, they were brainwashed into paying this man lots of money and putting their full trust in him against their better judgment!!!

Hi LL. Been out of touch a few days. Am now catching up via IS on dtv. Dr cutshalls direct was, IMO, badly done. I have a minor medical background ( medic in the ar
y) and I bArely understood the major parts. Now truc do is whizzing herself through the direct and scoring some big hits with the ridiculous defense theory.

It is the first disappointment I've hAd in the states case. Hopefully the autopsies will be able to clear these issues up. In any case, even if it was posionings ( sure) it aS still death rays fault cause he kept people in. When they wanted to leave. Specifically Liz Neumann hap passed out and when death Ray was notified he said we would take care of that at the end of the round. So what's it matter why she was sick. His response killed her because he didn't encourage she be attended to . And so on.

Just catching up via IS recordings.

James Ray's mother describes him as misportrayed:


"I think that he's being portrayed as a real cruel human being, as someone that has no feelings for anyone, that just wants to be a dictator so to speak, and that isn't him at all," Joyce Ray said Friday in an exclusive interview with "In Session."

"The truth is he's a strong human being that loves people and he wants to help them to be stronger in their lives and I believe that the witnesses will come forth that will tell that," the mother said."

I think his Actions are being described by people who saw what happened and they are describing how he acted. It is a problem for the defense that James rays mother feels the way people describe her sons actions as being cruel.

It's not what I got but then I'm not his mother.

I think he was described as being: egotistical, uncaring, overbearing, demanding, ignorant, dangerous, pompous, and I could go on but I can certainly see how a mother could get "cruel" out of those descriptions. But it didn't come to
my mind. But come to think of it, I get cruel. I don't get kind and caring. Unless you see "give me 10 000$ and I'll put you thru hell" as being somehow expressing concern.

Watching today's coverage on In Session today, my opinions are jumping back and forth. But one thing that is clear in my mind concerning the outcome of James Ray's trial is that it is a losing situation for him come guilty or non guilty.

Either way, his life will be changed dramatically. He may go to prison, of he may lose his power and finances. There's no way he's ever going to return to conducting the seminars he's done in the past. His expansive fame and fortune is gone - forever.

(btw...i'm a few days behind, watching taped IS presentation).

well one can only hope. Sunny, the IS talking head, though she is beginning to see the light, keeps repeating that "all he needs is one juror". She, I assumes, means one juror to tie up the jury and prevent a guilty verdict. I've said b4 that if I were a resident of that county I would hope that if a verdict isn't arrived at in this case that the DA would re try James. IMO in that case, this legal dream team will be gone, unless James has millions and millions to spend.

If they don't get him this time, they will get him the second time around, sans the California Heavyweights. imo. not that the heavyweights are making any headway imo.

Has anyone looked up these lawyers? They are from one of the most powerful law firms in the United States, imo.

gotta be costing jim THOUSANDS an hour.

It appears he has figured out that she is a sympathetic witness, not to trampled on, and he's treating her with respect and care (so far). otoh, he's not making any helpful points. wow they have bugs in Arizona.

now he's addressing her statement that the DT members were "pushing" a lady back in.

that is new and dangerous testimony for james, isn't it. He's sitting right by the door, and if his minions were actually "pushing" a lady back in, that would be bad.

I have no doubt they were. Fawn has already been in trouble with the law over false statements (when she was doing drugs). She's NOT gonna lie in court, under oath. No way.

a word about one of the defense theories: rat poison on the tarps did it.

its absurd.

I'm no mathematician but the square footage of the tarps was obviously considerable. tarps were spread upon tarps, which means that only a portion of the tarps was exposed to direct heat.

also, rat poison is set out in cubes, I suspect. while there is granular rat poision, who is gonna want and spread it all over material they are going to have to handle at some point.

so, cubed rat poison. put either near (most probably) the tarps or directly on them.

so, area wise, a minute portion of the tarps was exposed to the rat poison. the only way any of the concentrated poison could migrate is through touch, imo.

if these assumptions (which seem reasonable to me) are true, it is unreasonable to believe the air could not have been saturated with enough poison to hurt anyone.

even if that concept is possible at all.

imo.
