True, but this is new territory for everyone. The boy walks.

I don't think the Judge will lose sight of the fact that he has two premeditated murders here. IMO, he will not walk.

This photo was taken long after the bodies were removed. Even so, you can see that the security (screen) door is wide open.

No it wasn't these are the photos that were taken the night of the crime scene. They always photo the body as it lay.

I can even see his tan work shirt or jacket, black belt and jeans.

It is not standing wide open it is open at an angle most likely the way they found it.

But believe what you wish.

Shock all of this went on after dark. It was already 5 remember and getting darker by the moment. They probably didnt even remove the body until 2-3 in the morning.

His shoes are ready and his socks are clean. He's going to Mississippi.

I can't find it now.But I don't think those are the type of clothes the officer said he found him in when I read the trascripts.I could be wrong.you are right.I do not see the crime scene tape.I will look again.

The crime tape is up so I don't know what you are looking at it must not be the photo. Tape is all the way across the front in the photo.

It can easily be seen so no, you are wrong. They were still there and imo he was too and most likely VR was still inside the home too.

Where does it say they were taken by the tv station and if they keep back beyond the tape they can photograph anything they want. It won't be the first time the media took a picture of a dead body.

I own you an apology. These pictures ARE from the St. Johns PD. Don't know if that's Mr. Roman or not, but you did good pointing it out. I've looked at these (blurred [St. Johns doesn't even have a photographer]) photos a hundred times and missed it. The only thing I can think of right now is if that is Mr. Roman the shots must have come quicker than I thought (meaning the kid couldn't have done it with a slow fire single shot). It required pow-pow -pow-pow (semi .22). You have helped make my argument. Thanks. The body is five feet closer to the door than I envisioned.
I couldn't save the photo to blow it up. How did you do it?

Shock you can do better than this. They say clearly they are St. John released crime photos and they wouldn't have access to the property, outside or inside and these photos are of both. No, these pictures were taken by LE at the crime scene. There is supposed to be a close up of VR but I haven't found that one yet. It is up to each newspaper or on line paper as to which ones they put up.

I had been hearing about this photo for weeks but couldn't find it until I went to another site and they had lucked upon it today.

I don't know how your computer works, Shock but mine on the bottom right hand side has a percent that stays at 100% but if I hit that and it has a little enlarge icon beside it........it will increase it up to 400 times magnification. Sometimes 200% is enough. I only use it when I am closely looking at crime scene photos.

LOL Well we will just have to agree to disagree. I just don't agree with your theory but of course you already know that. lol

If you have other sites with the same photos why don't you share them?

Well of course! If we agreed there would be no need to stay up all night punching keys! Ain't it great?

I will try to hunt down some more tomorrow but this one is good imo.

By the way, go back and look at that same photo. Is that the bullet hole in the screen door? I see a very dark spot on the door not too far up.

I didn't increase it this time though.

One way I knew it was legit is they hazed out where his body was laying and it is up to the viewer if they want to make that disappear.

Ok,I looked at the transcripts a little bit.The police officer stated the body just had a Jack--had a heavy jacket:carhartt. It didn't state the color of the jacket there. He also stated the body was dark complected skin.

I sure wish I knew how to do that, where I could post them on the board but I really don't know how to do that. I see it done all the time in the Casey Anthony case so I know it can be done though. I only magnify them when I am looking at them.

I'm not opinionated, I'm just always right!

Thanks, Ocean. I zoomed in. Your right. I Think.
I can't say for sure that the gray bundle on the front porch is a body, but it sure looks like one. But again, it reinforces my speculation of rapid shots more than it does yours of single shot fire.
Anyway, thanks again.

It does look like some thick work jacket. We cant see his face as he was laying face down, I believe. They also testified he still had his knit cap on too iirc.
