New video has popped up from Thomasville GA police officer body cam - shows a verbal altercation between LS and RS prior to a July trip to the Bahamas where she evidently called for help. Very interesting! It is on Plunder so I cannot link, hopefully mainstream media picks up soon. Evidently, this is what inspired the "Kill Him" text from LS to the alleged hit man.

Agreed, she comes across as the unreasonable one IMHO. He seems calm and reasonable, although I disliked his constant references to "ownership" of the Cadillac and private jet.

Thank you for posting this. This will not help her at all. She comes across so spoiled. He was very calm and collected - I’m sure he learned that dealing with her throughout their marriage as she likely wanted her way all the time…

Actually I like that he reminds her of ownership. She needs to know just what she's losing. If the car is in his company name then he does own it and it's a marital asset then there will be a division of that property. I bet he has possession of it now, lol! While she struggles with her rental car that breaks down in the Bahamas...that made me laugh!

She couldn't care less about her children and what she's doing to them. It's an all about me world for her!

Dislike the references to ownership in a contentious situation such as this since it normally just escalates the argument. I was very pleased the police officer told him it was all marital prop;erty at this point, think she handled the situation very well!

The officers responding are hating this. And this is what officers have to deal with a lot (although rarely are they arguing over the use of the private jet!). The officers have to walk in to a domestic situation, you can't trust anything either party is saying. There is no crime apparent, so they are there to just keep the peace. Both have custody of the children.

You could hear the exasperation from the female officer when Lindsay wanted to get the suitcases out of his truck and put them back in her car...she said something like "so we are supposed to stay here all day watching you two load and unload suitcases between vehicles?"....

What if there just so happened to be an event on, or about, July 16 that precipitated and likely was a pivotal catalyst for the premeditated murder plot of Robert Shiver to be set in motion?

The video, in and of itself, to me, is unremarkable. These type of arguments occur in half the divorces in the country. But this one is recorded. And its the timing that is important. Right after this is allegedly when she wants him dead. The prosecution (and divorce attorneys for Robert) will make the case that this incident was when she realized she was loosing control of assets and the children, or at least was not the one in sole control.
