Bahamas - Lindsay Shiver, 36, mom from GA, lover and hitman all charged in Nassau plot to kill husband, 28 July 2023

What's telling to me in this video is when Robert is carrying their youngest child to the car, the child doesn't reach for or cry for his mom even though she is standing right there......
I noticed that, too. And the police officer cautioned her about saying or doing anything in the presence of the children.

I wonder if Robert had her sign a pre-nup before they married. That certainly would go to her motive for conspiring to hire a hit man.

  • Bodycam footage obtained by DailyMail.com shows officers at Lindsay and Robert Shiver's Georgia home after she called them claiming he pushed her
  • Shiver called the cops on her estranged husband when he banned her from using their private jet to visit her lover Terrance Bethel, 28, in the Bahamas
No one should be pushing or shoving anyone else.
That being said, we only have LS' word for this.
What if SHE had become combative ?
Is she going to admit it , if this is the case ?

I do wonder if LE have spoken to the kids without a parent present ?

Soooo, RS denied her the use of the plane to visit her lover ?
Ya think ?

Nothing
LS is doing, either current or in the past, is helping her case !
Good grief.
Omo.

Honestly, I can see why RS wants custody of the children.

She seems more concerned about the private plane and her boyfriend than her children.

I wonder if she ever tried to bring the BF to the US using the private plane.

Pre-nup ? Maybe not as Robert said she owns 25% of the plane.

Whether or not there was a prenup wouldn't have much to do with whether she had an ownership interest in the plane.

Note: Nothing new here, imo.

Mom of three Lindsay Shiver and her estranged husband, Robert, were both seen arguing at their Georgia home just before they left for the Bahamas on July 16.

She phoned police because she had accused Robert of domestic violence in her divorce filing yet she still wanted to live with him in their million dollar home. I think it is obvious to police she doesn't care about her children.

I don’t understand that. If there is DV in the home, someone moves out. No 2 ways about it. So, what happened here? Why didn’t she just go live in the Bahamas where she would be “safer”? The child support money for the children left behind?

Nobody understands it. I'm betting it is also news to her parents.

Interesting ... if there was a prenup, it couldn't lay out the assets and percentages Lindsay would be entitled to in the case of divorce ?

I am thinking that Lindsay is probably getting pretty bored by now. She's had a chance to have a spa treatment, visit the beach, decompress from her stressful previous 2 weeks. I don't think she will stay off the radar much longer.

Exactly. It’s a tactic, and a sick one at that, IMO.

How long before the “love birds“ sneak a visit with each other?

My bet is on "Mr Bird" dropping her like a hot potato. This isn't Romeo and Juliet. I'm sure his attorney has advised him to cease contact if he hopes to walk away from his charges.

This woman should be monitored carefully. If what you suspect, in that Bethel will refuse to be with L due to the serious legal charges currently levied against him, and she is away from her family, her sons, her church, her home... and she has car troubles, to boot, then she's lost everything but trips to the spa, Lululemon, Lilly Pulitzer and Cartier's. And, that pretty little rental at the beach.

Will the locals side with the locals that are charged? Was she the mastermind as has been alleged?

Is Bethel a homeowner? Or a couch surfer? Will Newgold still speak to his long time friend?

I shall not openly judge, but will say, I stand with the health and welfare of the S children.

The officers responding are hating this. And this is what officers have to deal with a lot (although rarely are they arguing over the use of the private jet!). The officers have to walk in to a domestic situation, you can't trust anything either party is saying. There is no crime apparent, so they are there to just keep the peace. Both have custody of the children.
I wish the officers had just separated the two, and gone from there. This back and forth doesn't get anyone anywhere. IMO

Wow. I’m not sure how she thinks she came across in that video, but IMO she comes off as a spoiled, petulant child.

What was she going to do with her children once she got to the Bahamas anyway. She was planning to go to her boy toy. What was she planning to tell her children? She’s sickening.

Probably get a babysitter…

A prenup typically address property owned before the divorce and then if property obtained during marriage would be distributed in the event of a divorce. But he says she is an owner. So even if there is a prenup that says he gets the plane, that would likely be effective at the time of the decree.
