The Irony

R is living large while out visiting rodeos with a pretty gal while LS is being painted as a victim.

LS apparently is reporting a $20,000 crime. A police report would be required for insurance payment w/her as beneficiary. It may not rise to the amount deemed worthy to pursue an insurance investigation but can hope they will.

$20k would help pay for Bethel's attorney's fees or for living expenses, in general
Has he been able to obtain and maintain gainful employment since the arrests?

Is R the husband?

Who takes care of the kids now?

What articles "about meth or "cochise?" addiction, regarding LS?

Sorry, typo. I was answering to the previous post mentioning Adderall and found interesting articles concerning different therapeutic uses of it which i think could be of interest for everyone, given that the articles are from a good source. About LS I know little.

From your link, this sentence really caught my attention "...at her luxury Bahamas apartment.."
Oh, but she would never settle for less than luxury. And her parents are her enablers, keeping her in her sense of entitlement , thus….. JMO

The three defendants appeared at an Oct. 5 court hearing, during which the case was adjourned until Dec. 1 to give prosecutors more time to present their case, according to DailyMail.com, prompting pushback from Lindsay's attorney Owen Wells.

"She is a foreign national and as a condition of her bail she cannot travel," the lawyer told the court magistrate, per the Mail. "She has three children that she would like to get back to as soon as possible. We ask that there is no delay."

Terrance and Faran's attorney Ian Cargill said in court, "We accept the seriousness of the offenses for which they are charged. We say on December 1 the Crown has no excuse as to why the VBI [Voluntary Bill of Indictment] is not ready. All of the parties involved would like to have a speedy end to this matter so they can get on with their lives."

IDK @arielilane The link I posted had a quote from Robert's current gf so it seems she'd probably know about divorce proceedings. Maybe not. ;)

What if she's thrown in the Bahamian Prison on DEC 1 after the Queen's Court receives the Prosecution's case? She may not be able to go to the States for many years to come.

Zoom meetings could handle the American divorce court's hearing so she can be present via wifi. What's at stake?

"LS asked the court to grant her a restraining order to shield her from "abuse" that allegedly occurred in front of their children and made her install locks on inside doors. RS also asked the court to grant him a restraining order against his wife to keep her from "molesting or harassing" him.

In his filing, RS also sought to take the couple's house, furniture, and car in the course of the divorce, adding that his wife is not entitled to alimony since she is "able-bodied and able to work." She said she is entitled to the couple's home and because she is dependent on her husband's support, he should pay alimony."
Savannah Chrisley's parents are in prison, her boyfriend almost a victim of a contract hit. What we know

Molesting him…….

Molest in a legal document probably means "harassing him in a persistent or aggressive manner." Just from what I have read and the videos that I have seen of her, she is pretty obnoxious.

In one of the links in this thread talks about her grandfather stating that RS was very nice and he never saw any signs of domestic abuse. That's a typical accusation of some partners who want to get an upper hand in custody battles. Those kids mean $$$ for her.

I just have to shake my head at her foolishness of trying to have her husband murdered. Talk about losing the upper hand. I guess that she was so selfish that she wanted everything. I wonder if RS also has a life insurance policy. If so, I sure hope that he changed his beneficiary.

JMO.

Case is moving along, it is headed to the Bahama Supreme Court for trial, and her attorney asking for LS to be able to leave the Bahamas. LS due back in court next Friday, Dec. 8 for an arraignment.

Wonder what the chances are for the Bahamian [Supreme] Court to allow Ms Shiver to depart the islands and whisk away to the waiting arms of temporary freedom?

Arrangements by the BSC to satisfy her request may prove to be too costly what with monitoring and shuffling paperwork for her comings and goings. Then, to insure her return to the island without delay to assure she makes mandatory check-ins, if need be. Maybe they'll show mercy for the little ones to visit their mother for Christmas or, maybe, the children can visit at her new residence.

JMHO

It will be interesting to see how this plays out. The fact that the Bahamian authorities are as aggressive as they are tells me they must have a pretty good case. And they may say, "you're lucky you are out on bail as is and not in our jail." If I was the prosecutor or judge, given what we know, I don't think I'd be too keen on the idea of her leaving the county. If she does, she would only be allowed to go to the US and only with a signed extradition waiver and maybe a hefty bond payment.

Oh, Lindsay!

The husband allegedly targeted for assassination by Georgia housewife Lindsay Shiver and her Bahamian boyfriend told cops she had multiple affairs and would get 'loads of money' if he suddenly died, DailyMail.com can exclusively reveal.

Former college football star Robert Shiver, 38, claimed his wife of 13 years snuck an unnamed 18-year-old lover into their Abaco vacation home in the summer of 2022.

He told investigators he uncovered his ex-cheerleader wife's alleged infidelity by looking at her Apple Watch but agreed to give the marriage another go for the sake of their boys aged four, 10 and 11.
