@gliving thanks for posting the latest. Not only did she have an affair, with an 18yo, but she's caught doing it again as if it's an addiction. moo Surely she's aware of RS's recent status so she knows that train has left the gate.
The 3 accused were informed on FRI what the Prosecution evidence is against them.
It sounds like not only did the local officials foil their murderous plot but the killing didn't happen because of the presence of the minors. It is the same day, July 8, of the cop cam at their $2.5M mansion before RS departed with them. The alleged text messages, in part:
'This bleep rolled up on Lindsay and wouldn't let her on the plane and he put his hands on her. I am about to come out of retirement for this bleep,' Bethell is alleged to have written...
'He is flying into Baker's Bay, she is thinking about letting me kill him but he has the kids.'
She and her co-conspirators - who face up to 60 years in jail if prosecutors can prove the messages represented a genuine murder plot - will appear < > later this week to enter pleas and ask for a review of their bail conditions.
Their hopes of a speedy resolution are likely to be dashed as cases typically take three years or more to make it to trial in the overburdened Bahamian justice system.
