REVEALED: Photos Lindsay Shiver 'sent' to 'hitman' to target husband

Snaps show Robert Shiver, 38, cozying up to a mystery blonde at local Bahamas bar Grabbers, where wife Lindsay Shiver's new bartender beau Terrance Bethel, 28, worked.

Well-placed sources have told DailyMail.com these are likely the same images - revealed today for the first time – that Shiver forwarded to would-be 'hitman' Faron Newbold, 29, along with a text stating 'kill him.'

Shiver, Bethel, and Newbold were all arrested five days later for allegedly conspiring to murder Robert, who had filed for divorce in April after finding out about his wife's Bahamian lover.

The wealthy insurance mogul, dressed in Bermuda shorts and a baseball cap, was not on a romantic date the night the photo was taken, according to a source, but had merely joined the woman and her friends for drinks.

'It was spontaneous, the friend was having farewell drinks and he was invited to join them at the last moment,' the source added.

'Either way, Lindsay has been openly dating her barman for at least six months at this point, so she has no right to throw a temper tantrum.'

DM states the photos are "likely" the same images L sent to her hired hit men. Seems to me, so there'd be no mistake, she'd send one with a clear view of Robert's face but ok Lindsay. Have it your way.

The new lady is pretty. R is leaning into her. Her hair is in curls and she's in a little dress so we can see how they're dressed differently but she doesn't seem to mind. A chance meeting between a single father and a lovely lady is serendipitous.

BombShell Tonight! Robert didn't realize his photo was being taken while hanging his arm around an unknown blonde on the evening of July 16th... apparently. His sons maybe were in bed asleep by the time R made it to Grabbers. This is the night she sent the text message "Kill him", too? Then, the burglary happened on the 20th. The Trio of Alleged Planners and Plotters met on July 21st and were arrested by Bahamian Officials. Do I have that right?

L planned Key West trip with Bethel for 3 weeks prior to July 16th.
Night before, L changed her mind and wanted on jet with her family.
Robert said - I cannot support that due to possible mental anguish to our children.
L calls Police to get a record of DA on July 16.

R flies into Bahamas w/ boys. He did not wish to be home alone while L was kicking sand in the Keys so he had made plans. Because he is a responsible father, R's made arrangements for a private care person to fly along so they could help watch the active boys. R's parents may be there, too? Maybe R needs to play golf. Afterwards, after dinner when 3 boys are asleep, at a last minute, he's invited to Grabbers.

Photos with the pretty blonde indicate to me to be more intimately involved than for this occasion to be their first encounter. I see hearts and sparks flying in their images at Grabbers. [My own world may need for this to be true for R.]

A mole is someone who spies on behalf of someone else. Hence, L planted a mole to watch RS since she could not be present. If Bethel is working behind the bar, IME, Newgold is the mole at night while B works.

L had been seeing Bethel for as many as maybe 6 months out in the open. His best childhood friend is Newgold. Thus, L knew Newgold. If R is not watching his wife's lover closely, Bethel's a likely mole. Are R's eyes only watching the pretty lady?

L is home all alone in Georgia, likely fuming for hours, when she receives the blonde lady's picture. Coupled with being kept off the 25% of the jet that she owns, earlier that morning, this news may have outraged L enough to send a demand WhatApp text: Kill Him.

I'm not convinced it was a funny joke to The Planning and Plotting Trio. For some reason, there was a need to bust into Grabbers safe on the 20th.

Consider the amount of money some people may wish to launder while at the Bahamas using cash. Drop a grand or two at a popular restaurant and pub buying dinner and and rounds of cocktails every night for a week. Buys lots of favors? There's not a doubt in my mind, that Grabbers could have held $10s of thousands of $$ after closing on SAT evening when the burglary occurred, especially if the owner/manager did not remove any from FRI's sales.

Most US businesses make nightly bank deposits so there's a chance of that happening, too. US currency is used in the Bahamas as one US dollar is equal to one Bahamian dollar. Only US currency is used at all island casinos.

In my opinion, The Crown has this one right. L will serve more time in the HellHole. Payment will cement the convictions.

She sent the Kill Him text from the family home in Georgia, in the US, but IHMO, to have The Bahamas have jurisdiction over the case, the money transfer must have occured in The Bahamas.

My guess is that she meant FN was to kill RS right then, when RS was on that trip to The Bahamas, and when she would be at home in Georgia. How else was she going to assure that RS was going to be in The Bahamas where FN could get to him.
